Phoebe Stringer is presenting AFK series 2, 2019. This work is part of a series of three hand embroidered textiles framed in a fibreglass resin computer screen. Stringer exposes a version of obscure internet forums by recreating contemporary modern landscapes through a digital aesthetic to comment on internet culture and how this impacts our collective sense of identity.
